  Hi,

  I already have bought a pro plan for my website but it is still not on. I have problems with this website for so long now. Please can someone help me asap?! Im starting to get annoyed of it because I ask all the time for it and everybody says its in your website but it isnt.

  I am only seeing a domain upgrade connected to the account you are contacting us from. Do you happen to have another account that the Pro Plan is connected to? Do you see a charge for the Pro Plan on your bank statement?
