Pro-Rata payment on upgrade

    I want to subscribe for a personal plan with the hope of upgrading to a premium plan later in the year.
    During the upgrade, will i pay the full amount for the upgrade or will the outstanding amount (on the personal plan) be netted off from the upgrade.

    Hi ambyokolo,

    Providing you upgrade more than 2 months before expiry date, you will only need to pay the difference between the two plans.
