Probably importing with wordpress plugin

    Every time I try to run the import plugin for wordpress I get this warning:

    Before you can upload your import file, you will need to fix the following error:

    Unable to create directory /home/virtual/site543/fst/var/www/html/wp-content/uploads/2012/02. Is its parent directory writable by the server?

    Please explain what the problem is–my FTP information is all correct

    We can only offer support for blogs hosted here at WordPress.com.

    Support for self-hosted WordPress.org blogs is done at http://wordpress.org/support/

    To clear things up, note that WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different entities and support is done separately.
