  I have a domain name: houseofvenus.online but it’s attached to an old email which has now been deactivated because I’ve canceled it. Problem now is that I cannot log into that account anymore and I’m trying to create a blog. HELP!

  I don’t have a site with WordPress.com yet

  As that site is a paid plan, it’s very easy to restore access at https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery/

  Hi there!

  Sorry to hear that you’re having trouble with logging in to the other account. If you don’t have access to the email address you used on the other account, you can still get help by using the transaction ID for payments made there.

  Please follow the steps below:

  1. Locate the transaction ID for the payment made to WordPress.com. Here’s how to locate it on your credit card statement: https://wordpress.com/support/billing-history/#on-your-credit-card-statement – you’ll want to make sure you’re locating the transaction ID for transactions made from the other account (for the site houseofvenus.online), not from this account (for houseofvenus.blog).
  2. Send us the transaction ID using the account recovery form here. Do not post the transaction ID on this forum.

  Once we have the transaction ID, we’ll get back to you via email to help you log in to the correct account.
