Problem about the site

Hello guys please help!
I have changed the server to another (changed from go daddy)
then the website domain slightly changed to something weird
I found that technical team to fix the problem to the wordpress because the wordpress Url has automatically changed to that weird website/wp-admin but not my original domain.Finally It was fixed, but then I found that my elementor sucks (I am using elementor to build the website) – I have no idea why it sucks but then now I decide to delete the elementor to see what I can do, like whether I can re download it again so I can use. It does not work. Then end up I tried to use wordpress website builder. But then I found that dont know why some pages are still In the format of elementor, while some are already changed to the wordpress format. May I know what I can do now?
I hope to de-activate all the elementor elements in wordpress, or at least to make the wordpress back to normal. Thank you.

What is the URL of your site as it looks you are using the open source wordpress.org. If so, their support is at https://wordpress.org/support/
