Problem accessing a different account

  Hello,
  I own a domain but I can’t remember the email address I set up to manage that account therefore I can’t access the account to cancel it. Can you help? I’ve been trying for weeks and it seems really hard to gain help through wordpress – please help me – I have already paid for another year as it’s just renewed (but I no longer need it and can’t afford to keep that going)

  what is the URL of your site? If you just paid to wordpress.com, you can restore access to that account using the transaction ID. Just follow instructions at https://en.support.wordpress.com/account-recovery/
