Problem accessing a wordpress account

    Hi

    I have a serious problem with one of my accounts (not this one) but I can’t even connect to send a message from it
    We have a website called jobsqd.com and when I try to access jobsqd.com/wp-admin it does not even show a page

    I have a recurrent DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN each time I try to connect
    We changed host from one.com to GoDaddy but the data did not moved so the website is blank of course. I just want to be able to upload all the backup data from the previous hosting to my new wordpress account

    It looks like your site is using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but is hosted with another webhost.

    We’re only able to provide support for WordPress websites that are hosted by us here at WordPress.com. For help with a WordPress site hosted elsewhere you’ll need to ask over at the WordPress.org forums:
