Problem in Domain Mapping

  Hi, the first payment of US$13.00 for the upgrades on my domain mapping was not able to show on my propertylaunchinghub.wordpres. So as a result, I have to pay the extra chargeback of US$20.00, and again the additional of US$13.00 for the upgrades on my domain mapping.

  So, can you help me on this? Also for the refund of US$13.00 domain mapping, and the US$20.00 chargeback?

  Hi there,

  That $20 chargeback fee is because you disputed the payment for the initial domain mapping upgrade you purchased. If you cancel that dispute in PayPal, I can refund the $13 domain mapping and the $20 chargeback fee for you.

  If you don’t cancel the dispute in PayPal, once that process ends you will get a refund from PayPal for the $13 domain mapping, but I won’t be able to refund the $20 chargeback fee.

  I have cancelled and closed the dispute in Paypal as requested. Awaiting for your kind refund of the $13 domain mapping and the $20 chargeback fee

  Thank you for letting me know! I refunded both the $13 domain mapping and $20 chargeback fee. You should see those in your PayPal account soon (it may take some time for PayPal to process those refunds).
