problem in purchase or upgrading

  When credit card was used to upgrade the domain, there was an error message saying that purchase cannot be done. Can any one help in this regard and what should be done now

  Do you remember the exact error message that you received? Also, did you try to purchase an upgrade under the account you are contacting us from now? I do not see any record of a failed transaction on our end. Let me know, thanks!

  Purchases are currently disabled. Please contact us to re-enable purchases.

  Hi there,

  There was some issues with your payment, but it has now been enabled again. I would contact your bank and make sure that the payment is approved on their end. But, you should be good to go to try to pay again.
