Problem moving

    – We’re moving the site to shopify. We have already transferred the domain and it is now working on shopify. However, the old domain was still working for WordPress, so I tried to change our WordPress site’s URL in settings to foragebylisamattock.wordpress.com.au
    – The page stopped responding. Its been 12 hours and I still can’t get into either the WordPress site, or even the WordPress admin. We still had the old version of wordpress and had been logging in through a link that my computer remembered, and trying to log in on the official WordPress log in page doesn’t work (says username or password is incorrect). We need help to get back into the backend of the site so that we can just unpublish it such that our domain only sends us to the new site, and we need to get a little bit more product information from the old one.

    When you mention you changed the URL, are you saying you attempted to change foragebylisamattock.com.au or https://foragebylisamattock.wordpress.com/

    The reason being is that foragebylisamattock.com.au is not hosted with WordPress.com.
