I sent a long message to help@wordpress.com that stayed with no anwer.
What else can I do to recover my right to manage my site ?

Hi –
The site mentioned does not use our managed hosting environment from WordPress.com. Instead, it’s set up on the open source WordPress.org software which is something different.

This gentleman was, we can only be clear, in his message of February 19, 2020. I quote:
“You should contact wordpress technical support or one of your former volunteer administrators to see the reason for this difficulty.
Since my last intervention, at least 4/5 years, modifications may have taken place. ”
When I insisted, on February 23, he sent me back to the old administrators, to check spam in these terms:
“Another track is that administrators receive module extension proposals in their mailbox from WP.
Ask them to check it out and see their spam. ”
For Mr Waubant, it is up to me to write to you: “you will ask them to create a main administrator account for your site with your email and to initiate the password reset procedure”.I may not be competent enough in computer sciences, but I don’t see what you need else to “recreate a main administrator account” for me in order to update my site : sdmobp.wordpress.com

I rushed to a conclusion in my last reply and I’m sorry about that. After re reading it this morning, the first thing I want to clarify, is what do you want folks to see in their browser when visiting the site?
When I go to http://smlperboyre.org/ it loads as that and there is no redirection.
When I go to https://sdmobp.wordpress.com/ it loads as that and there is no redirection.
Both URLs show the same information. It sounds like you want them linked together, is that right?

As for what I would like people to see in their browser when they visit the site, it is http://smlperboyre.org/
Thank you for detecting that the two URLs, http://smlperboyre.org/ and https://sdmobp.wordpress.com/, display the same information. Yes, I want to link them together, especially since they have always been connected.
I even had the connection elements:

The address to go to the administration page of my website is
sdmobp.wordpress.com/admin
When the creator of the site passed the hand, he invited me to modify the information on the owner of the site. I may not have been able to do and my credentials no longer work. This is why I ask you to create a new administrator link for me.

Thanks. Now I think I understand. But I have removed the password you shared from the forums, so you won’t get hacked, hopefully!
Is the current site owner hoping to pass ownership to you, or add you to the site?
If they’re adding you, have them use these steps:
http://en.support.wordpress.com/adding-users/If they want you to own the site instead of them, have them use these steps:
The current owner will need to complete these. You can tell them your username is ‘audacema’ so they can add you.

Actually, I am the owner of the site sdmobp.wordpress.com but I lost my credentials because of an instruction that I would not have respected. In addition, I have a hard time in reaching the former administrators, who discharged their responsability one after the other. What to do to recover administrative rights?
