Problem on my comments part… please help!

I got feedback from my readers:”When I initially commented I clicked the “Notify me when new comments are added” checkbox and now each time a comment is added I get four e-mails with the same comment. Is there any way you can remove me from that service?” ?

At the bottom of the emails they receive, there is an Unsubscribe link which will cancel their subscription.

Readers wants to subscribe to new comments but find that receiving 4 emails with same comments are annoying. Any way i can change the setting to only receive one comments email for 1 comment each time?

They should only be receiving one email per comment.
About how many folks are reporting this issue to you?

Hm, that’s no good. Would you please list the first 4 characters of the email address of one of these subscribers?

Yup… one of them even mentioned this problem in the comment part after this post – http://katherinegoh.com/2012/02/25/how-crystal-formations-are-created/
And the other two wrote to me via email stating the same problem. :(

Hm, that is odd.
Please ask them to click the unsubscribe link in the email, then try subscribing again.
