Problem re Contact Form

  Hello everyone,
  I’d like to include a contact form on my blog. I’ve followed the instructions from http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact-form/. When I publish the contact form, though, the fields aren’t empty; instead, all of my personal info (i.e., name and personal e-mail address) is in the fields. What am I missing or doing wrong? Thank you for any help you might be able to give me.

  That’s the way it works. If I viewed your form, I would see my information pre-filled.

  View it from another browser or computer while NOT logged in and you’ll see it blank.
