problem recieving email

i am trying to log into my other website that i have. its under (email visible only to moderators and staff) but it wont let me log in or change my password. i have asked for a link and also to change my password but i have not recieved any email regarding this matter. i had to log in on this one to send you this message. I know you have very good security but can you please look into why I an having problems and not recieving any emails. it is the irish tranmere rovers supporters club website under Ned O’Toole.

yes thats the one. Would you be able to hepl me get a password reset sent to my email. I was able to log in until recently. i logged out to change information on a differnt site and cant get back in since. i havethe right password and email address but it wont accept it.

If you still have access to the email connected to the account, you can enter that email address in the password recovery form:

If that doesn’t work, in order to regain access to a WordPress.com account, we’ll need one of the following things:

i have done all this already. is there someone i can talk to about sorting it out. i can show you the payments made and you can see i do own the account. I dont get reciepts from them but i can check when i made the payments.

Hi @ravaneddy, when you fill out the form it will create a new ticket with the information we need.

i have done all thaqt and still nothing. i have not got any emails from you regarding changing my password or any links. i have been asking for a week or more now. all i keep getting is:
“Your contact email is the same as your account – if you can receive emails you should try the password reset form instead.
You should be able to recover your account simply by filling out the lost password form with the email address you’ve provided. Please check your spam folder for the reset email.” or
“If you still can’t log in after another reset attempt and checking your spam folder, please resubmit the form below and we’ll try to lend a hand.”is there anywhere i can show payment. I have paid for my account from my card. i didnt get ant recirpts and i cant find an email showing the link that was sent when i started the website. i do understand that you are keeping my website safe but i need to update it. is there any way you can check the information from thios website address and the Tranmere one i am trying to get in on and see taht they are the same information. enev send me on an email with a password reset s I can reset my password.

i have the transaction code but it wont accept them. can i talk to someone who is able to help me as to why I am not getting any emails off you about this.
