  i need to have my domain unlock and get the my domain transfer authorization code to get my website online.

  The site I need help with is http://www.tomruthz.com. It is not hosted by WordPress.com or connected with Jetpack. This site is not linked to my WordPress.com account.

  That domain is not registered through us.

  You’ll need to initiate the transfer through current domain registrar, whom per https://whois.domaintools.com/tomruthz.com is https://publicdomainregistry.com
