Problem transferring domain

  I’m trying to transfer the domain to another registrar, when I come back after unlocking it, it’s locked again, and WordPress has rejected my request to transfer it to 1&1.

  Hi there,

  I’m very sorry about that. We’ve had some other reports about problems transferring domains, and our developers are looking into that to get it resolved. I will let them know about your domain so they can work on it for you.

  In the meantime, you may want to change your domain’s name servers to point it to your 1&1 hosting. We have a guide for that here: Change Name Servers

  If I can do anything to help you with that name server change, please let me know. I will also get you an update as soon as I hear back from our developers about your domain transfer.

  I just checked to make sure your domain is unlocked and had the domain transfer code emailed to you. If there’s anything more I can do to help, please let me know.
