Problem uploading a photo

  When i create a new blog post and click on the button to upload a photo, nothing happens. It shows the upload progress to 100% but the photo does not appear in the blog. this started happening a few weeks ago. i’ve never had this problem before. please help.

  Hi there,

  I found that this happens when a lot when there are browser or ISP issues. Can you please go through the steps outlined in this support guide and let me know if it helps:

  Most importantly try can you please try clearing out your cache and cookies using the guide below?

  Then, also please try on multiple browsers like Firefox and Internet Explorer just to see if it’s a Chrome issue.
