  Hi @geppettox7, any accounts with us will likely be different from accounts you set up with your own copy of the WordPress code.

  Are you using geppetto24.de/wp-admin with its separate username and password to log in? What happens when you try?

  If that isn’t working, your host may be able to help you make backups and use one of these recovery options:
