Problem with an order

    A client buy a product from the website but mark as Error for Zip code invalidation and the website charge her the amount of $343.50 i have not seen any order here in the plataform. I need help with that

    Hi @infosandrahh, did she make this purchase on WordPress.com, or on your site? If she bought something from your site, you might actually be in the wrong forums, but we’d be happy to point you in the right direction if you’ll tell us the site’s domain so we can look it up.

    Or, if your client bought something from us, could you send the email address? If you’ll type it here it will be hidden from public view so only staff can see it. And we can use that to look for more information.
