problem with audio upload

  My audio files are not uploading. I know how to do this and I’ve never had a problem with it before. For some reason the file is not visible on the media page after going through the uploading process. I’ve only used 13% of my available space and the file is M4a so it should work.

  Do you get any error message while uploading?

  Can you please try clearing out your cache?

  Do you also encounter this issue in a different browser? for example Firefox or Internet Explorer
