Hi Ali,
Right now you are previewing the Custom Design features in your site’s customizer. You will need to either exit that preview, or purchase the Premium plan to see those changes on your site.
You can do that in your site’s Customizer. In the “Colors & Backgrounds” section, at the top, look for this text:
This feature is a part of the Premium Plan. Purchase to make it live or exit the preview.
You can click one of those links, depending on whether your want to purchase it or exit the preview. Please let me know if you have any questions about that. :)

For Plan prices, you can refer to the prices listed on your Plans page. If you want to get a custom domain separate from a plan, the price depends on the type of domain you register. You can learn more and find their prices here:
