Problem with Domain Mapping Cancel and Refund

  I asked to cancel and remove Domain Mapping from driescouture.wordpress.com on 8/31/2016 (renewal was charged 8/30/2016) but until now I haven’t been refunded on my credit card. I can’t seem to find any private wordpress contact to help me with this problem..
