  I have bought a premium theme and I want to set it on my website (wordpress platform), how can I download this theme so I can set it to my website?

  The soho theme you’ve purchased that displays on https://via7art.wordpress.com/ cannot be transferred to a self-hosted site. It is just designed to be used here at WordPress.com. http://via7art.ro/ is hosted by SiteGround and using the WordPress.org software.
