Problem with EA Post Grid

  Hi! I’m trying to create a page for my blog posts using the EA Post Grid and I am unable to get the posts to display correctly – I want 4 columns with all the posts/images to be the same size and line up in a straight line across – I do not want masonry layout. But the images and the post sizes are all different pages. I have been on the phone with Blue sky support for hours and they have not been able to figure it out. I have changed the theme I’m using a few times – could this be the issue? Please help – I’m so frustrated I could cry…

  Thanks for your reply – the website is being hosted by Blue Host – so does that mean I should go to the support forum you link to?
