problem with galleries and text

    Hi, I have a problem with my blog. All the images in galleries of my old posts are aligned vertically now, in one column instead of horizontally like it used to be. And when I try to change it, my text is not justified anymore, even when I use the Justify button.

    Is it a problem with an update or something ? Will it come back to normal or do I have to fix it manually ? (and all my posts will not be justified after it)

    Hi, there are 2 examples. In the first one, the biggest gallery looks normal but the small ones changed and in the second one, all of them are vertical…
    I can fix all my posts by updating them (and the images will be realigned horizontally) and fix the injustified text by replacing the new blocks by the old classic block… I tested it with one post but it is sooo long !

    So if there is a chance to get them back to normal automatically, it would be great because it will take me hours and hours to fix it all manually…

    Hi there,

    So this is happening on all old posts where you created a gallery using the gallery block?

    There were some recent changes to the block editor over on WordPress.org, which caused issues with both galleries and and the Justify button over on our end, so I wonder if this might be related. I’m not seeing any other reports similar to what’s happening with your galleries, though.

    Can you please try creating a new post with a gallery, and justified text, so we can check if it happens there as well?

    Hi,

    the justified text seems to be back to normal and i can fix the gallery problem just by updating the posts, which going to be way faster now without replacing the blocks to justify the text, using “the old way”…

    So thank you for your help, the problems are solved now.
