Problem with import tool

    I started importing my MT files about one hour ago but it is in the process. Your guidance suggest I should send an email after 24 hours; however, I found that this is a common problem among WordPress.com users. So, I would like you to reset the import process so that I can do that again.

    Patience –

    it can take several hours for the import to work – it depends on the size of the import and how many others are being imported – wait the full 24 hours before you panic – when I imported my site it took overnight and my import was relatively small

    Import issues while they might look like a common problem – you see the problems for about 38,000,000 blogs in the forum – so as a percentage of total imports – problems are rare
