    Problem with MX Settings on Mapping veederline.com.au to veederline.wordpress.com.

    Our A and WWW CNAME record to point to WordPress (this should be setup by default in WORDPRESS system)
    I have Created a custom MX record that defines: mail.veederline.com.au to point to 175.41.43.8 as stated by or host provider AUSWEB.COM, they gave me no priority setting – so I LEFT ON DEFAULT -10

    Looks like our MX records are not setup correctly.

    See below your DNS report:

    Regarding our MX records: Our Host Ausweb tells me, I will need to contact WORDPRESS.COM for guidance of how to setup the MX records pointing back from them to your AUSWEB services.

    Hi Tony,

    I checked your MX records on our end and in the DNS report you linked to. I see your MX record correctly pointed here:

    10 mail.veederline.com.au [175.41.43.8]

    That matches the MX records details you provided from Ausweb.

    It can take a few hours for new MX records to propagate across the internet, so if you had just added those records they may not have taken effect yet. However, they should be working now.

    Can you please let me know if you’re still having trouble with your Ausweb email service?
