Problem with my password

Hello,i have a problem with the log in, in another account with username mmicha16.I work locally and i accidentally deleted all the data from the table wp-user and now i can’t log in on my account .My database is a mess .I don’t know what is happening. Please help me as soon as possible. Thank you

The only site I see under your WordPress.com account is https://loginregister.wordpress.com/ which is a free site we do not permit custom database changes on.
Is it possible you created your site under a different login? Is it the case that you are using another provider like GoDaddy, Bluehost, Hostgator, etc. instead? What is the URL of the site you are needing help with?
