problem with password

    hi
    i’ve got problems with my wordpress,
    my email adress dosen;’t work correct an i cant get into program
    my email adress is (email visible only to moderators and staff) and that is the email which was given when the program was installed but it dosen’t work now.
    i cant create new password and the old isnt work so i cant get into my web site, please help me

    The email address you provided isn’t connected to any accounts on WordPress.com.

    If the site was created with WordPress.org software and hosted elsewhere, please contact your host for help with logging in (as the login details are stored on their servers):

    WordPress.com vs. WordPress.org

    I can check where it is hosted if you aren’t sure – just reply with a site link.
