Problem with refund

The credit card I used to purchase the theme was compromised. It has been cancelled, and I am awaiting the arrival of my new card.
I will enter the new credit card information into my dashboard when I receive the card.
Will this delay cancel or jeopardize my refund?

Your credit card company should put the remaining amount of your old card to your new card. I assume this will happen automatically, otherwise you can contact them.
Note that the refund itself can take up to a week before you see it on your statement.

Thanks for the clarification. I will be watching my account online to be sure the transition goes smoothly. If the refund does not show up in a reasonable time, I will contact WordPress and my card company.
