Problem with some old site name Blocking WordPress New Site creation

THere is a domain name (amjamswimmergirl)I did not create, blocking the use of my personal gmail address to be linked to a WordPress new site that I want to create now.
Site: (email visible only to moderators and staff).

Correct account: Yes -
Hi, that site seems to be owned by this account. Do you just want to clear it out and start over?
If so, head to https://wordpress.com/posts and delete what’s there. Same with https://wordpress.com/pages.
From there you can choose a new theme, add new posts and pages, etc: https://wordpress.com/support/start/
