problem with the portal

hello im trying to have access to my new account under the email: (email visible only to moderators and staff) and for some reason it dont letting me access. this is the URL: http://www.monstertaxinc.com

You are posting here using a WordPress.com username account, created using that email just two minutes before you created this forum thread. This account doesn’t own any sites with us.
The site at monstertaxinc.com is not hosted on WordPress.com, and has no connection at all to us. That site is using the open source WordPress.org sofwtare, and is hosted by HostGator.com. To access that site you need to log into it directly at http://www.monstertaxinc.com/wp-login.php, using the admin username and password you should have received via email after installing WordPress on your server.
If you didn’t receive that, please contact support at Hostgator directly for help.
