  I am unable to update my plugins and am prompted with the following message –
  Update Failed: Download failed. cURL error 77: Problem with the SSL CA cert (path? access rights?)
  I am trying to install a plugin but am prompted with the following message –
  Installation failed: Download failed. cURL error 77: Problem with the SSL CA cert (path? access rights?)

  What does it mean and what can i do to resolve it?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there,

  Your site is not on WordPress.com, but using the self-hosted WordPress.org software.

  If the problem is with the SSL on your domain, that’s a problem at your hosting provider’s end, so you need to contact them for help with this.
