Problem with theme after update premium account

Hi everybody.
I would like know if somebody can help to me in this question.
This afternoon I have update my new blog from FREE to PREMIUM. But what is my surprise that now when I want update a new Theme, I cant find the button in Apparience>Theme to add a NEW THEME, this is normal when you are in the free version , but this afternoon I have update to premium paying tha cost.
Anybody can know what is the reason??? or if i have to wait more time for someting??

he only themes we can use on WordPress.com hosted blogs are licensed and adapted to run on our multiuser software the themes are found here http://wordpress.com/themes/ and in your dashboard at > Appearance > Themes

I cant find the button in Apparience>Theme to add a NEW THEME
You will never find that button on any WordPress.COm hosted blog. It exists only on WordPress.ORG installs. Please read this comparison http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
