Problem with visual editor

  Hi there I am having some issues with my WordPress visual editor. It is not appearing. However as I contacted my hosting company for help, they were able to see the visual editor when they logged in and check for me. I have tried everything including disabling all the plugins and theme. It doesn’t work on the theme provided by WordPress either. And I have cleared cache and tried on another device but to no avail. Thanks for any help in advance
