problemas de sesion de usuarios

    tengo un problema al ingreso de mis usuarios en mi pagina web. Los usuarios ponen su cuenta de usuario y contraseña y la pagina se queda cargando y no ingresa. Tienen que poner actualizar y ahi automaticamente ya estan disponible su ingreso. Además, me sale en el lugar donde ponen su usuario y contraseña que la aplicación no esta en optimas condiciones de uso o no esta operativa, pero asimismo las personas si pueden poner su usuario y contraseña y bueno ingresan normalmente, o hasta hoy era normal, porque empezaron a presentar el problema que les comente inicialmente. Quisiera saber si es un problema de la pagina wordpress, si deberia hacer algo o si es problema de mi hosting.
