    Hello, I have a domain name recognition problem with my account.

    On January 15, 2021, I bought the domain name ‘ladallepodcast.com’ and I can’t access it on my current account (email visible only to moderators and staff).

    The account doesn’t even recognize my 48euros purchase, I don’t understand why I don’t have direct access to this upgraded domain name.

    Please tell me how to proceed!

    Hi there, while not Staff, it’s likely that you need to be logged in with a different username account to the one you are currently logged in with to post here in the forums.

    First log out of this account and then visit the Log In page at https://wordpress.com/log-in If you have access to the email address associated with that account, you can either reset the password by clicking on the Lost Password link there or send yourself an email with a one-time log-in link by clicking on the “Email me a login link”.

    Barring that, you’ll need to recover your account following the support guide at https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery/ Since you purchased an upgrade for your site, you’ll have the needed information for recovery. Only post that information in the account recovery form, not here in our public forums. Thanks.
