Problems Accessing my domain

    I purchased a domain through word press when I started my annual account. Then, I assume the verification link got messed up. Now, if I type in my domain name, it pops up as a WordPress site being set up. However, I cannot connect that site with my word press account. So I would like to know how to obtain access to my site so I can continue editing it.
    Also, I have tried to transfer the domain site but because it is a word press domain site the mapping of the site does not work and because it is new, I cannot transfer it to word press until 2 months from now.

    Hi there!

    It doesn’t look like you purchased any domains or subscriptions from this account. Perhaps you created it under a different account?

    Can you share the address of your site so that we can look it up on our end and locate the correct account?

    It seems the domain cushycocktails.com is registered under a different WordPress.com account. So you will need to log out of this account and log back into the correct account to access the domain. If you’re unable to locate/log in to the correct account, please follow our account recovery steps here: https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery/

    The easiest way is to locate the transaction ID for the payments made to WordPress.com. You can locate it on your credit card statement. Once you have the transaction ID, please send it to us using the account recovery form at this link.

    Do not post the transaction ID on this forum.
