Problems bec my wordpress.org website keeps switching to wordpress.com interface

Hello! I registered for an account and a website with wordpress.com a few months ago and decided i wanted a wordpress.org website instead. I deleted my existing website with wordpress.com (thebyumidiaries.wordpress.com) and bought a domain with a completely different name under a wordpress.org platform. (breakfastinstilettos.com) Its bothering me though because everytime i’m working on my new site, it always switches back to wordpress.com interface and i have to keep logging back on to my wordpress.org. Is there any way I could just completely get rid of my wordpress.com existing account? I thought that since I deleted my previous website which i never really started, that my account with u guys would be deleted as well. Is there any way i can stop switching bet these two accounts? Thanks for your help.

Hi there, Are you using or will you be using the jetpack plugin? That does necessitate having a WPcom account.

Also, do you regularly log out of your WPcom account and/or clear your browser cache and cookies?

Yes, thank u so much for your reply:) I had noticed that I accidentally allowed permission/access through Jetpack and switched it back off shortly after writing this. I haven’t had a problem since. Thank You:)
