Problems changing email address

    Hello,

    I need to change my email address but am having issues. I receive an error message that the email address I want​ to use is already in use. After my first attempt, I deleted the account that the email address I want to use was associated with. I tried to change my current email address to this new one – but am still getting the error message. Please help.

    @psuenology accounts aren’t purged for a while. Can you let us know what address you’re trying to use? If you’ll type it here it will be hidden from public view so only staff can see it.
