  I’m triyng to add a php widget accessing to wp-content folder… why i can’t? Thx.

  It’s not possible to use custom plugins or widgets here at WordPress.com.

  That’s a feature of self-hosted sites running the free WordPress software, available at http://wordpress.org.

  To clear up any confusion, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different entities.
