Problems in accesing one of my blogs

  I created a blog a while ago theworldofadinosaur.wordpress.com. A friend of mine installed it on my personal site server. Don’t ask me details I have no clue how those things are done.
  A while later with the SAME e-mail but different user name I created a new blog theladysdowry.wordpress.com. I was unaware at that time that if I wanted a new blog I should have done it from the main page. WordPress didn’t react to using the same e-mail. I suspect that is because of the server installation.
  The issue now is that both blogs are active, however I can no longer access the worldofadinosaur. I tried to log in. It did not accept my password. I tried to change password thinking that I might have forgotten it but it changed the password from theladysdowry…
  I receive weekly e-mail notifications on spam messages trying to be posted on theworldofadinosaur and the site is still up but I can’t access it…
  I would love to get access to that blog as it is the name under which I present my creations but I need to keep theladysdowry as both sites are important to me.
  How can this be solved?

  Hi Corina,

  The blog owned by your WordPress.com account (with the username corinaandreea) is this one: http://theladysdowry.wordpress.com/

  The blog at http://theworldofadinosaur.wordpress.com/ is owned by a different WordPress.com account, with a different username and email address.

  Blogs at WordPress.com are entirely hosted on our servers, so if your friend installed a version of these blogs on a personal server, those are completely separate sites and they aren’t linked to the ones at the addresses above.

  Thank you for your reply.
  This is the issue I have used the same e-mail on both accounts. I don’t know how it was allowed but I have the same e-mail. Yes indeed I initially created the world of a dinosaur with a different e-mail but later in time I changed to the one I used on the lady’s dowry.

  It isn’t possible to use the same email address on two different WordPress.com accounts. The account I mentioned that owns the blog theworldofadinosaur.wordpress.com is linked to a different email address than your account corinaandreea.
