Problems installing WordPress

I can’t install WordPress. I did everything right and then I went to Setup Configuration File, I entered everything right and an error showed up saying “The file ‘wp-config.php’ already exists. If you need to reset any configuration item in this file, please delete it first. Now you can try to install .” Then I click install. I got a message:
