Problems logging in to account

  This is the only way I can figure out how to contact you by making a new profile.

  We have recently renewed WooCommerce plugins but can’t access them because I can’t login to our WordPress account. This account recovery form syas there’s an account with my email address associated, but the recover password form says there’s no account with that email.

  Hi Kim,

  We have recently renewed WooCommerce plugins but can’t access them because I can’t login to our WordPress account.

  If you are using WooCommerce, you have a self hosted WordPress.org site, not a WordPress.com site. There is more information about the differences in this guide:

  WordPress.com vs. WordPress.org

  We are only able to help with access to sites hosted on our own servers. artswhistler.com appears to be hosted by WP Engine, so I’d recommend getting in touch with them. They should be able to help you access the site.
