Problems Renewing for umsldigitalmindshare

    Guys, I need to renew asap. But when I try you only give me an option to upgrade. I cannot renew. When I go to my profile and click on manage purchases i get an upgrade option only. Please help. I need this back and running asap. Perry Drake. 914-299-4879. (email visible only to moderators and staff)

    The issue is that the WordPress.com user account that you are posting from is not the owner of that upgrade.

    Typically this happens because you ended up with a second WordPress.com user account at some point and THAT account is the one that was used to purchase the upgrade. You will need to log into that second account in order to renew the upgrade.
