Problems sending receiving mail for accepting to be an AUTHOR

    Dear sirs,

    I have sent an invitation to (email visible only to moderators and staff) to be an author in our blog, but she doesn’t receive the mail for accepting.
    She has an account

    What can I do. I have sent the invitation several times and her mailbox is working rigth
