Problems to do the payment

  I want to do the mapping for a domain I have, I’ve tried to pay several times using paypal, but it doesn’t work,Aren’t you accepting paypal anymore?

  Hi there,

  WordPress.com does still accept Paypal. Do you get an error message when you try to pay with Paypal? If so, can you please copy the error message and paste it in your reply here?

  Hi,

  I have the same issue. All my tries to pay by credit card eventuelly fail.

  Message error :
  Payment not completed. Please use an other credit card.

  Hi

  the message was that my password wasn’t right and I tried several times, I got in touch with the paypal and credit card services and everything was right. The other option was to pay by credit card but before completing the payment there is a message saying that by that I’ll be getting a paypal account, but I already have one.
  Is there any other way to pay for the mapping, like a money order?

  Did you get that message from Paypal? You’ll need to log in to Paypal with your Paypal account details to complete the transaction. Please also make sure that Paypal has your correct billing address in your Paypal account.

  If that doesn’t work, you’ll need to use one of our other accepted payment methods, such as a credit card or Bitcoin.

  @moimadryk — Please make sure that you use the correct billing address for your credit card. If you are paying via Paypal, please check that address in your Paypal account to make sure it’s correct.
