Problems transferring one of my blogs

  I created a new blog under my account for my brother-in-law – Productivityknowhow.wordpress.com – and I now want to transfer it to him. The guide to transferring the blog says that I should float my cursor over the blog name in My Blogs and up will pop “Transfer Blog”. My problem is that that is not happening, so I can’t deliver the transfer.

  Could you try hovering your cursor over the blog address instead?

  If you still can’t see the Transfer Blog link, you might try clearing your browser’s cache and cookies:
  http://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/

  Please also make sure you’re running the latest version of your browser:
