Problems Using the Discount Code

    I was trying to upgrade and renew my website, http://www.janinemack.com, from a free to an annual personal account. I haven’t had a paid site in about a year. When I tried to use the 30% coupon, , it would not allow me to use my previous domain name after I made the purchase. It said someone else had rights to it and connect using another domain so I canceled the order. Then when I tried in the app it would let me connect it, but it said the code had already been used and wouldn’t process my order. Can you assist? I really want to renew at the $33.60 price, because the previous $60 was way too much and this best deal I’ve ever seen on your site.

    It looks like janinemack.com is not hosted with WordPress.com, but instead this is hosted with https://www.gname.net/ .

    This means you would not need WordPress.com currently…

    Are you looking to create a new site with WordPress.com and connect the domain?

    No, I don’t want to create a new site. I guess someone took my name after 10 years. Is there anyway you can apply the discount to my account so I can restore my old website to a new name?
