Problems when attempting to move a blog to a self-hosted site

  I am having problems moving a WordPress.com blog to a self-hosted site (rulebritannia.dk). The action bar on my current WordPress site doesn’t look like the one in the self-help guide: https://move.wordpress.com/themes-and-widgets/ – the Edit/Get theme menu simply isn’t there. Why is that and where do I find it?

  Can anyone help?

  Are you wanting the Scratchpad theme on your self-hosted site? Click on https://wordpress.com/theme/scratchpad and scroll down to the bottom to obtain the WordPress.org version of the theme.

  Many thanks for your reply. How do I then install the theme on my WordPress.org site when I have downloaded it?
